{Real Showers} A Sweet Peach!

OlsonShower-1

When I found out my friend was pregnant, I knew that I wanted to take care of the invitations and decorations for her shower, but I had zero interest in organizing the food–I am not confident in my food skills at all, and that whole food preparation just really stresses me out and overwhelms me.  Luckily my friend’s sister is an amazing chef/baker and LOVES food preparation.  A match made …continue…

Baby Showers: Gift Bingo

(Printable gift bingo cards from Etsy) Baby shower games are always a little up in the air.  Should you do them?  Leave them out?  It’s really based on who is attending.  If it is a close knit group then games could get in the way of conversations.  If it’s a diverse group sometimes a game helps to keep the party going. Yeehaw! Cowgirl Baby Shower

On Saturday I helped decorate a baby shower for my friend, Tanisha.  She is only a few weeks away from her due date so it was great to be able to put on a nice event before she is thrown into mommyhood!  Although, she is a kindergarten teacher to 30+ kids . . . so I think she will handle one just fine. Our theme was cowgirl inspired, and, as …continue…
